Thai massage (Nuad Thai) combines pressure, assisted stretches and mobilizations that resemble yoga postures. It is performed on the floor, on a futon, with the client dressed in comfortable clothing and without the use of oils. It works on the body's energy lines (Sen) and on whole-body flexibility. A session lasts 60 to 120 minutes.
